Hello, My name is Steve Mikros and I'm the President of Box Seat Photography.
I started Box Seat to
fulfill a goal that I've had since I was a young boy. In those early days, I used to go to the ballpark with my Dad
and I'd bring my Kodak camera along with hopes of snapping a photo of Brooks or Boog. Then in High School I got my
first 35mm Pentax and I took it along whenever a concert came to town. I shot most of the Classic Rock Stars like
Kiss, The Stones, Alice Cooper and The Who. Back then, I'd go to 2 or 3 shows a week and the tickets were 8 or 9 bucks.
I got to know people at the Civic Center and soon my photos were on display at the Box Office and I was shooting from the
front row. Those were the days.
Anyway, after a 27 year career in retail ended, I decided to get back to my first
love and with the help of long time friends Kathy Tirocchi, and Ken Bernat,
Box Seat Photography was born.

for so many years, I can't say. ( She'll kill me )
She specializes in Youth Portrait and she's recognized
all over town for her fantastic work and customer appreciation.
Kathy Tirocchi
Ken is one of my closest friends and an expert
behind the lens. He specializes in Action Photography and his work always captures both the moment and the mood.
